Now here`s a good horror movie. It`s mainstream horror, so do not expect nudity, extreme blood and gore, but you can expect lots of moments that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Great production values, and awesome special effect (fucking ectoplasm man, they did that part just unbelievable). So just relax, dim the lights and be prepared for lots of jumpy scenes and scary people. Supposedly it`s made by a true story, but as always that should be taken with some skepticism, personally I do not believe in any of that crap, but this movie still kept me pretty alert, enjoy. Oh yeah, the plot, some family moves into the haunted house and than the haunting I Connecticut begins…

PS. I will never forgive them Amanda Crew in the scene in the bathroom…
