And Soon the Darkness Horror Two hot girls are in a remote part of Argentina on their holiday, what could go wrong? Well, if you still can’t think of anything And Soon the Darkness will answer this question. It is a remake of a British movie from 1970 with the same name but a different setting. I tend to agree with their choice of Argentina as the country in which these girls get lost. This is not a great movie, it is not original and this story has been heard a thousand times, lately more than ever. Still, it is watchable, perhaps as a warm up movie. There is enough tension and cute girls doing wrong things to keep things interesting, at least till the end. Mysterious hot stranger, uncooperative police and unknown country and key ingredients of vacation-gone-wrong horror and this movie has it all. I think that this will in no way prevent those happy-go-lucky hipsters from exploring places where your chances of survival plummet, especially if you’re not taking any precautions. It is all so predictable and comfortable that this movie doesn’t require much attention, so if you’re looking to relax, you might wanna check it out. Stephanie is a shy pretty girl who decided to go to Argentina with her wild party-maniac of a friend Ellie. It is all so nice and pretty when they are having fun and partying, not knowing what might happen. They meet a mysterious American called Michael, and a local guy before one of them goes missing. Police seem to doesn’t care, and American is too friendly and helpful… What will happen in the end, and what will become of the kidnapped girl is up to you to find out….
