Another Romero Zombie flick.
This time it combines some of the elements of Mad Max and classical zombie movie plot, but with a twist. It is really cool to see things like this function in one movie perfectly. So, after the Earth has been overrun by zombies, small communities in guarded and defended pockets still survive by raiding the empty and zombie infested cities. A group of mercenariness is one of those raiders, they are regarded as a lower class in a structure set by the richest. But then something happens to mindless zombies, something that no one thought was possible. Asia Argento is in this flick and it is directed by George A. Romero, that`s it, that is enough. Enjoy.
Director: George A. Romero
Cast: Asia Argento, Dennis Hopper, John Leguizamo, Robert Joy, Simon Baker, Tony Nappo
Rating:

Fun Stuff: George A. Romero was so impressed with Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright’s Shaun of the Dead (2004) that he asked them to appear in this, the fourth part of his “Dead” series, and they appear as the photo-booth zombies in the carnival/bar-room sequence. They also feature prominently in the artwork for the unrated directors’ cut.
