Many will argue that John Carpenter started to lose it with this flick, and that is true to some extent. There a lot of inconsistencies that plague the movie,
and that are plain overlooked. For me the most annoying thing was something that I could not quite define, and than it hit, its the camera. It is mostly static, so it does not create that sense of action. This movie is a mixture of western, action and science flick. That being said we can move on, it was going for that cool, underground b-movie vibe, and if you overlook some of its flows it will be really interesting to watch. A group of law enforcement officers are sent to transport a captured criminal to the main city on Mars. But when they arrive at their destination they will realize that something else got there before them. Enjoy… Oh yeah, if you have seen Pandorum, I guess you will be on a familiar ground…
