A very atmospheric movie, that still did not manage to deliver a final blow to the audience. The story is set in the future, where four powerful corporations rule the world. They are waging war(looks like World War I battles), and during this battles, a ancient machine buried deep in the earth awoke and started producing and transforming humans into vicious mutants with a one arm as a powerful blade.

And now a few chosen fighters must go to the machine, deep underground and destroy it. Although the special effects are effective, you can see that they are done digitally, but they still look and feel really cool. Actors are good, with the appearance of John Malkovich and Thomas Jane and Ron Perlman in the lead roles. So, overall, movie is good, although it could have been much better. I liked the gory and brutal scenes , enjoy.
