Set in the 1999 alternative future, this science fiction movie is really
something original. Although it uses a familiar subject of memory recording and than reliving it manages to stay on its course. Lenny Nero is a small time memory dealer, providing the people memories of other people so that they can feel that they done those things themselves. But later on he will uncover a event that will threaten his life.
Cleverly mixing science fiction and action, director Kathryn Bigelow made a very interesting movie, with its own vibe that will draw you in. The script was written by famous James Cameron and you can feel its presence in some of the scenes. Ralph Fiennes masterfully played Lenny Nero, showing his great acting skills and ability to morph into any character. With the support of my two favourite side actors William Fichtner and Vincent D’Onofrio it really brought the story to life. Enjoy in this great movie.
