From the beginning of this movie I was hooked. Opening with 99 Problems by Jay-Z, this thriller was great. John Travolta in one of his best roles, i think that the fact that he is a scientologist contributed to his performance, and Denzel Washington was just Denzel Washington. Directed by Tony Scott (Ridley Scott`s brother) who also directed Top Gun, Enemy of the State, Man on Fire and many more awesome movies, it creates a certain vibrant and exciting atmosphere that stays active throughout the movie.

When a trained group of hijackers takes control over a train full of passengers and demands 10 million dollars, the only man who can do something is Denzel Washington, negotiating with them he will try to make them abandon their plans. I did not see the original movie from 1974, but I can tell you that this movie is really good. It keeps you interested and there is a lot of suspense and tension, along with great performances from all actors it gets a 9 on Rabbit Reviews scale, so enjoy in this awesome flick.
