Kuai can che AKA Wheels on Meals ActionI know that a lot of you like Kung Fu movies (I hope), so this will be the first one in the series. Almost every Jackie Chan movie is pretty good, and the stunts are just mind-blowing. This is because these are real stunts were people get hurt and risk their lives in order to make the scene look cool. And in addition this movie is also an excellent comedy with great one liners. Another thing I enjoyed was the naive and honest approach to humor, almost childlike in nature. Just whooshes you back to your childhood, doesn’t it? Sometimes the universe sets a movie up, for example this movie should have been called Wheels on Meals, however, the production company Golden Harvest felt that this would be bad luck since their last two movies with titles that began with a letter W were box office flops. For fucks sake. Two friends own a mobile restaurant in sunny Spain, and they will join forces with chubby detective to try to help him in his latest case. Beautiful Lola Forner plays a thief that is about to inherit a bunch load of money but her evil uncle has other plans. Great fighting scenes, excellent humor, and a beautiful girl, I do not ask for more. Enjoy in this masterpiece and check out the rest of the Kung Fu movies.Director: Sammo Hung Kam-BoCast: Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung Kam-Bo, Biao Yuen, Lola Forner, Benny UrquidezFun Stuff: During filming, Keith Vitali accidentally kicked Jackie Chan in the throat after numerous takes for a particular fight scene. When Keith hit Jackie, he realized the danger of the situation and broke character by concern for Jackie’s health. By doing this, Keith was yelled at by the entire crew as he was supposed to wait for the director to yell cut no matter what had happened in the scene.Rating: IMDb Link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087578/Leave a Reply Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.CommentName* Email* Website This site uses Akismet to reduce spam.
